How to live a healthier and richer life?

Have you ever thought of living a healthier and richer life?  Have you ever wanted to quit your job due to stress?  Do you want to earn extra income without stressing yourself?  If your answer is yes to any of the above and if you are looking for:

Stress_Cartoon.gifFor workers everywhere, the troubled economy may feel like an emotional roller coaster.  You may find it harder than ever to cope with challenges on the job.  Both the stress we take with us when we go to work and the stress that awaits us on the job are on the rise.  "Layoffs" and "budget cuts" have become bywords in the workplace, and the result is increased fear, uncertainty, and higher levels of stress.  Since job and workplace stress grow in times of economic crisis, and excessive stress interferes with our productivity and reduces our physical and emotional health, it is important to learn new and better ways of coping with the pressure.  Click here to find out how to keep your stress under control.

It is obvious that the economy is exacerbating the stress statisitcs.  Even without additional economic pressures, we have always had to manage a certain level of stress.

Financial Pressure
Financial stress is a sadly widespread experience.  According to a poll done by About.com, roughly 7 in 10 respondents are "very stressed" about money.  This is pretty significant because financial stress is linked to health problems.  With the rising cost of gas and food, the mortgage crisis, and the continuing bank troubles we are seeing, many of us are feeling the crunch of financial stress.  Everyone is inevitably affected by financial stress:
  • Baby boomers stress over paying for family expenses
  • College students stress over paying for an education
  • Even older senior citizens find that retirement income can be a major cause of stress.
According to a survey done by APA in 2008:
  • 81% say money is their #1 source of stress
  • 80% say the current state of economy is a cause of stress
A few questions for you:
  • Do you want to know how to relief your financial stress?
  • Do you want to earn extra income?

Employment Issues
Closely tied to finances as a cause of stress is work. Our jobs or careers seem to cause constant stress.  In the LifeCare poll, 21 percent of those responding listed this as the leading cause of stress in life.  How is the workplace a cause of stress?
  • We worry about getting and keeping adequate employment
  • We worry about new types of work or new responsibilities
  • We struggle to climb a career ladder, overwhelmed by the demands
  • Work conditions may change, or we may have interpersonal trouble at work
Having difficulty dealing with work stress?  You are not alone according to the APA Poll released in 2008:
  • 67% say work has a significant impact on stress levels
  • 56% say job stability is a source of stress
  • 55% say they do not have enough time to do things they want or need to do; due to either long working hours or heavy workload or both
  • Executives and managers tend to have the most stressful jobs, while those who are self-employed are the least stressed
A few questions for you:
  • Do you want to become your own boss, not having to worry about losing your job, layoffs and budget cuts?
  • Do you want to start a stress-free business and have flexible working hours?
  • Do you want to have more time to do what you want to do and spend more time with your family without having to worry about your work?
